We are a local, family business based out of Advance, NC since 2006. We install residential elevators, stairlifts, and platform lifts to help improve your quality of life. With over 200 professional installations completed by our highly qualified staff, we are ready to help you begin your next step to your better life!
Our Approach.
We pride ourselves on being intentional and methodical in our installation process. We will communicate with you frequently to make sure everything goes smoothly. We understand this can be a major investment so it needs to be treated that way. Since we are a local business, we are always on call for any issues that may arise and will conduct annual service on your lift to make sure it lasts a lifetime!
1. CONSULTATION
We will sit down with you in your home or at our office to discuss your needs and what is best for your situation.
2. pLAN & REVIEW
We will take measurements, order your lift, and review the plan we discussed to be sure everyone is on the same page.
3. INSTALL
Our professional installers will schedule a time to install your new lift! Stairlifts and platform lifts take 1-2 days to complete. Residential elevators can take 1-2 weeks to complete.
4. SERVICE
We want your lift to last a lifetime and service is vital for that to happen. We will schedule yearly maintenance appointments with you to ensure your lift is running smoothly.
